As the Fall has progressed, so has my retirement and we have some exciting new changes coming up. Jeanette Allen, herbalist and right-hand person here at the store who many of you know (and love), will be taking over the herb and tea business. Her new company, Herbs, Teas & Treasures will continue to supply our high quality organic herbs and teas. She will be running the business from her home and orders can be placed through her website, www.herbsteastreasures.com, and shipped directly to your home. The website is still under construction but will be available by November 17th.
Come see Jeanette at the Natural Living Expo on Sunday, November 16th. We will be transitioning the business the following week and you can start ordering from Jeanette on Monday, November 17th.
I am thrilled that Jeanette will be continuing the business so that quality herbs and teas are readily accessible in the Central Mass area, which was always my goal. I will be continuing with teaching and speaking at outside organizations and continuing my work with the Herbal Community of Central Mass and the Herb Society of America.
Many thanks to all the wonderful customers I have met over the last decade and all of you who have continued to support us over the last year through my retirement transition. It has been a pleasure to know you all and I hope we continue to see each other on our herbal journeys.
Visit My Blog I set up a blog when I realized I can't include everything in the monthly newsletter and people seem interested in my herbal "doings". I've had some starts and stops but hope you will check it out. I find it is a great medium for posting pictures and updates of my new herb garden, sharing recipes, and talking about all things herbal. See my recent entries about the current Fire Cider controversy going on in the herbal world.

See us on Facebook! We now have a Facebook page at Facebook.com/Scentsibilities. There is a way to put a neat little LIKE button here, but after trying to figure out the instructions for way too long I've given up for a bit. So you'll have to go there the old fashioned way by typing it in, but please do check it out and LIKE us.
About Us At Scentsibilities, the focus is on herbal plants and products. Opened right before Christmas 2002 by herbalist Linda Russell, the store consisted of a small selection of dried herbs, essential oils, herbal teas and candles. How we grew over 10 years! At the begining of 2013 the retail store closed as we focus on education and providing an herbal apothecary of herbs and teas. Education in the form of workshops and an herbal apprenticeship are offered throughout the year also and we are always looking for new topics so if you have an interest, please let us know.
